Journalling and Journeying for Young Seekers: ages 16-25

***ONE TIME ONLY***

Use your art and writing as a source of inspiration for your big life choices. Art therapist Sarah Brodie will show you how to use your creativity to find purpose and direction at this pivotal time of life. You will leave with a few of ‘art therapy’s greatest hits’: techniques you can use yourself to answer your biggest questions. You do not need artistic training or talent to benefit from art therapy.

Youth Workshop for ages 16 - 25 : Max. 15 participants.

Sarah Brodie is a graduate trained art therapist with advanced training in child and adolescent development. She has worked in hospitals, schools, and other places with young people healing from and growing through illness, trauma, transitions, loss. She is passionate about sharing the powerful tools of art therapy with all young people—the transition from childhood to adulthood requires creativity, courage, and mentorship. This workshop, free of charge, is a special introduction by the Burlington Art Centre to art therapy and techniques that can benefit us all.
